CERTIFICATE PURSUANT TO SECTION 34(22) OF THE PLANNING ACT, 1990
RE: MTu Z02-2026 Pinehorse Farms Ltd (David and Lynne Magee)
I, Kim Johnston, Deputy Clerk of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry, hereby certify that the notice by By-law 18-2026, passed by the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry on the 7th day of April , 2026, was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council pursuant to Section 34, Subsection 18 of the Planning Act, 1990, as amended.
I also certify that the twenty (20) day appeal period expired on the 30th day of April, 2026 and to this date no notice of appeal or request for change in the provisions of By-law 18-2026 has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law 18-2026 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry is now in full force.
