I, Kim Johnston, Deputy Clerk of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry, hereby certify that the notice by By-law 17-2026, passed by the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry on the 7^th day of April , 2026, was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council pursuant to Section 34, Subsection 18 of the Planning Act, 1990, as amended.

I also certify that the twenty (20) day appeal period expired on the 30^th day of April, 2026 and to this date no notice of appeal or request for change in the provisions of By-law 17-2026 has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

By-law 17-2026 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry is now in full force.
